The Amman International Medical Congress (AIMC) 2026 takes place on 8–9 October 2026 at Le Royal Amman Hotel, Amman, Jordan. AIMC is organised annually; dates and venue may differ in future editions.
Registration & Fees
- The standard doctor registration fee is 300 JOD per person, covering full access to the scientific programme, hands-on sessions (subject to availability), coffee breaks, an attendance certificate, and exhibition access.
- Gala dinner access and specific workshop seats may be subject to availability and are not automatically guaranteed by registration alone.
- Registration is only confirmed once payment and administrative approval have been completed; submitting the registration form is a request, not an automatic confirmation.
- Cancellation, transfer, and refund conditions are to be confirmed — please contact us directly for the current policy before registering.
Exhibition & Sponsorship Bookings
Booth bookings and sponsorship packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are confirmed only after AIMC has reviewed and accepted the enquiry and payment terms have been agreed in writing. Package inclusions are as described on the Sponsorship page at the time of booking.
Programme Changes
Speakers, session times, workshops, and the gala dinner line-up are subject to change without notice due to circumstances outside our control. AIMC will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered delegates.
Photography & Media
Photography, video, and audio recording may take place throughout the congress and gala dinner for promotional and archival purposes. By attending, you consent to appearing in such material unless you notify us in writing in advance.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorised access, submitting false registration information, or using contact forms for unsolicited commercial messages.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the AIMC name, logo, and branding — is the property of AIMC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
AIMC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from attendance, travel, or accommodation arrangements made in connection with the congress. Attendees are responsible for their own travel insurance and visa arrangements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
