Cancellation by the registrant
- Up to 30 days before the congress (request received on or before 12 December 2026): full refund.
- Up to 14 days before the congress (request received on or before 29 December 2026): 50% refund.
- After 29 December 2026: no refund. You may transfer your registration to a colleague instead.
How to cancel or transfer
Email info@aimc-jordan.com or message us on WhatsApp +962 7 9204 7554 with your name and reference number (for example AIMC27-0001). To transfer, send the name and email of your colleague before the congress.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid to the original payment method (the same bank account or card), within 14 days of approving your request. A refund covers the full amount you paid, including any bank or card fees charged on your payment.
If the organiser cancels or postpones
If we cancel or postpone the congress, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the new date.
